ADVANTAGE

• Loyalty card: when checking out after your first stay with us, you will receive a loyalty card with a 5% discount on your next stay. After each stay, your discount increases by 1% to a maximum of 10% on the prices of the rooms and the menus in half or full board. This reduction can not be combined with other promotions, packages or discounts and is only valid on room rates and corresponding menus for halve of full board.
• 15% discount on the price of our rooms and breakfast buffet for stays between Sunday and Friday, excluding holidays and vacations and with cash payment
• 20% discount on the marked price for an extra person in the room, including breakfast, from 13 to 99 years.
• Free during your stay : access to our unique ROCK SPA - Wellness & Beauty Center over 1500 sqm and 3 floors, carved into the rock, to our gym, table tennis, canoes, rowboats, slot racing, petanque, Wi-Fi.
• Children's menus available, outdoor playground and play area at the bar
• Free garage for motorcycles, bicycles and trikes (subject to availability)
• Meals : Diet and vegetarian meals, lactose or gluten-free menu on request (to mention when booking)
  

PRICES

• The prices are indicated per person, per night or per arrangement
• Special offers or arrangemens can never be combined other reductions, promotions, vouchers or arrangements
• To apply the offer, please report so when booking. If not mentioned when booking, the special arrangement cannot be taken into account afterwards.

RESERVATION

• For all bookings we request a written confirmation within 8 days
• The payment of a deposit of 100 € per room booked with name, date of arrival and departure, on one of our accounts in Luxembourg is required:  
  • Code B.I.C. : BCEE LULL- Code IBAN : LU30 0019 3600 0694 8000
  • Code B.I.C. : CCRA LULL- Code IBAN : LU79 0090 0000 0666 0443
• Or a credit card number, including expiry date, the 3 secret numbers and cardholder name also a debit authorization to book off the deposit. The deposit serves as compensation in case of cancellation.
• A 35 € fee will be charged when changing reservations. 
  

CANCELLATION FEE

HOTEL - ROCK SPA WELLNESS & BEAUTY CENTER

• Cancellation 14 to 8 days prior to arrival = 50% of the reservation.
• Cancellation 7 to 4 days prior to arrival = 80% of the reservation.
• Cancellation 3 to 1 day prior to arrval = 100% of the reservation.
• Without warning = 100% of the reservation.
  

RESTAURANT

• For dinner-menus reserved and canceled less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the price will be taken into account.

PAYMENT

• We accept credit cards: Visa - Eurocard - American Express – VPay
• Payment in cash to benefit fully of our special offers and arrangements may be required.

MISCELLANEOUS

• Rooms are available from 14 pm and must be vacated by 11 am. (Unless another agreement is made).

SMOKERS

• All rooms are non-smoking. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms and all costs of cleaning, deodorizing and loss of rental will be invoiced to the person concerned.
