By booking at our hotel, restaurant, or Rock Spa & Wellness, you agree to the general terms and conditions. Please read these before you finalise your reservation.
In case of a disagreement, the resolution will be based on strict adherence to our general terms and conditions.

Prices

Prices are always indicated per person and per night or package.
A promotion or package cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, and packages.
In order to benefit from an offer or arrangement, please mention this offer when booking.
Any request not made at the time of booking cannot be taken into account later.
Please note: These conditions always apply unless explicitly modified in the offer.

Payment

We accept credit cards: Visa - Eurocard - Vpay.
To enjoy offers & packages, we request cash payment.

Reservation

For all reservations, we request a written confirmation within 8 days.
As a guarantee, a deposit of 100 € per reserved room is requested to be transferred to one of our accounts in Luxembourg with the mention of the reservation name, arrival and departure date.

Or a credit card number with the expiration date, the 3-digit security code, and the name of the cardholder with the authorization of debit by the hotelier.
The deposit is taken as compensation in case of cancellation.
In the event of a change of reservation an administration fee may be charged (see price list).

Cancellations

For reservations at the Hotel and/or the Rock Spa Wellness & Beauty Center:

Cancellation from 14 to 8 days before arrival date = 50% of the reservation.
Cancellation from 7 to 4 days before arrival date = 80% of the reservation.
Cancellation from 3 to 1 days before arrival date = 100% of the reservation.
No show = 100% of the reservation.

At the Restaurant Comte Godefroy :

For reserved meals-dinners-menus cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the price will be charged.

Rooms

Rooms are available from 2 pm and must be vacated by 11 am unless another agreement has been made (see price list for early check-in or late check-out).

Smoking

The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, and cleaning, deodorizing, and loss of rental fees will be directly charged to the responsible party.
