Treatment Duration

The indicated durations include setup time and necessary rest periods for certain treatments. Any delay will be deducted from your treatment time.

We ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to ensure punctuality of treatment sessions.

Booking, Cancellation, Modification and Refund Policy

For each reservation, we require a deposit of €100.00 (or the treatment amount) to our bank account in Luxembourg, BIC code: BCEE LULL - IBAN code: LU30 0019 3600 0694 8000 with mention of the reservation name and date, or by credit card debit with the card number, expiration date, and the 3 digits on the back of the card as well as the cardholder's name. In case of cancellation, if not made 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited.

In case of cancellation before 24 hours, the deposit will be blocked and you will receive a gift voucher valid for 1 year in our Wellness center.

In case of treatment or date modification made less than 48 hours in advance, a €25 administration fee will be charged.

The aforementioned fees will not apply if the client finds a replacement for the same period.

Welcome to our Wellness Area

For your enjoyment and safety, we kindly ask you to comply with the following rules.

• These are simple common-sense rules that allow other users to have just as much enjoyment as you in a clean and pleasant space: respect for the premises, hygiene, and safety.
• The Wellness Area is designed for relaxation and rest, not for sexual activities. We ask you to maintain the required calm and discretion.
• Walking in the Wellness Area with street shoes is prohibited. Disposable slippers are available at the entrance.
• Wearing swimsuits is prohibited! Only bath towels around the body are allowed to meet everyone's preferences.
• For hygiene reasons, we ask our customers to be showered before undergoing treatments.
• The use of towels in the sauna area is mandatory. After your visit to the sauna or spa, please remember to return the bathrobes, towels, and elevator key to the hotel reception.
• Please inform your beautician of any health issues or, if you are pregnant, notify us when you schedule your appointment.
• Access is prohibited for children under 12 years old and for children under 18 years old without adult supervision.
• The spa owners reserve the right to exclude and deny entry to any person whose behavior violates these rules.
• The management declines all responsibility in case of loss or theft.
• You are responsible for covering the costs of repair and restoration of any damage caused in the area you rented.

• Bringing your own food and drinks is prohibited at all times.
• Be careful, wet floors can be slippery (remember to wear your flip-flops)!
• In the event of malfunctions or breakdowns, no refunds can be claimed. We will offer the customer compensation in the form of a credit voucher with an amount adapted to the damage suffered.
• In case of delay, the full cost of the treatment will be charged. It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes before your treatment.
